On The Move Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider and is not contracted with any insurance plan. We made this decision so we can solely focus on you and solely you. Our work does not stop once you leave the clinic. We are busy getting your program to you in a convenient way with videos of each component of your rehab plan. There is communication with you every step of the way.

For patients with out-of-network benefits such PPO plans, a superbill can be provided upon request to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. We also accept FSA/HSA.
